Over the past 30 years, Michael Ashby has provided high-end staffing services to clients and candidates throughout the Austin business market. He has consulted with large and small employers to create strategic staffing plans that enable companies to increase productivity, improve their focus, meet project deadlines, manage risk and increase profitability.

Trisha Atwater, General Manager

 

Trisha has been an integral part of the leadership team at Ashby since 2004. She is a hands-on, tireless leader, and the driving force of The A List at Ashby Staffing.

Trisha is a graduate of Sam Houston State University where she earned a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with an emphasis in Human Resource Management. She was on the Dean's List, a member of Golden Key National Honor Society and Rho Lambda Honor Society. She is also an alumni of Alpha Chi Omega Social Sorority.

Trisha is a staffing industry expert, is a frequent media source regarding the employment industry and is a regular guest speaker/lecturer for career planning. She is an active member of TempNet, North America’s premier organization for independently owned staffing companies, and has been chosen by the membership to lead ManagerNet, the management component of the organization.

Locally, Trisha has been a member of The Young Woman's Alliance and an active participant in Austin Co-Rec sports, including flag football, volleyball and softball. Her favorite past time is hanging out at the lake with her husband John and precious son Grayson.

Bill Forrester, Managing Director, Ashby Premium Home Care

Bill is a graduate of LSU with a Bachelor’s in marketing. Early in his career he worked in the advertising industry as an Account Representative for both radio and outdoor advertising. After moving from Louisiana to Massachusetts, Bill enjoyed a career with Ericsson Telecommunications in their national support center. Bill moved to Texas and worked for Prudential Health Care before beginning his long career position at Ashby Staffing. Among Bill’s strengths are his drive, determination, and relentless humor. He has proved himself as a valuable team member of Ashby with record sales success.

Bill began his career with Ashby Staffing in 1997 as an Outside sales representative. He self admittedly loves, “creating something out of nothing.” He was promoted to Sales Manager, and later, General Manager. After a three-year hiatus in medical sales, Bill returned to the Ashby family of companies as the Managing Director of Ashby Premium Home Care in January 2010.

Bill’s experience in Health Care, Medical Sales and eight years in the staffing industry with Ashby Staffing make him uniquely qualified for his new role in Ashby’s senior services division. He has received in-depth training in home care sales from Companion Connection. Companion Connection is one of the premier training organizations in the world for home care services. In his spare time Bill enjoys home remodeling and spending time outdoors.
