How soon can I start working?

Job availability changes on a daily basis. Once our application process is complete, you will be offered appropriate positions based on your preferences and skills.

What is involved in the application process?

We’ve tried to make the application process as simple as possible. You can easily apply online for all posted positions in the Search Jobs section of this site.

After the application is complete, you will interview with a staffing manager. In the interview, you will have the opportunity to discuss what skills you have and what you are looking for in your next position.

The A List does reference checks with previous employers and other references provided. Once references are verified, you will be offered positions based on all the factors of your interview process.

How often should I contact your office after an interview?

We will personally contact you as we uncover positions that match your skills and interests.  For the best assignments we suggest you call in daily as outlined in the welcome packet. 

What if I am not interested in a certain position when it is offered; it is all right to turn it down?

We attempt to only call you for jobs of interest, however, if you are not interested in a position, you are free to decline. We will continue to offer positions to you based on your skills and preferences.

What if I am on an assignment and decide it is not for me?

If you are on an assignment and find it is not going to work for you, we will ask that you contact us immediately. We will attempt to remedy the situation as quickly as possible. As with any interaction, communication is the key. We expect open communication from you and you can expect the same from The A List office.

What do I pay for your services?

Our services are provided at no fee to candidates.
